Vassilis Anastopoulos, Fleet Complete Cycling Academy Greece Program Manager, announces the three-day Loutraki Challenge, which will be held on 22, 23, 24 February 2019, and highlights the support of Mayor Giorgos Gionis, who supports the efforts of SEG Racing Academy and invests cycling and cycling tourism in Greece.

The Loutraki Mountain Mountaineering Club announces for Sunday 7 April 2019 the parallel organization of the 6th "22 km Gerania Mountain Race" and the 4th "Peraia Hora" Mountain Road, 10 km long. The starting point and ending of the games is at the beach front park of Loutraki, Eirini.
The 22km Gerania Mountain Race is now widely accepted as one of the most beautiful and interesting routes in Greece.
The route starts from the sea and after leaving the city it moves in the forested mountainous area of Gerania, crosses the ridge with the fir forest and ends up again in the sea.
92% of the route is a trail, the highest point of 1,048 meters and the positive altitude 1380 meters.
Peraia Chora Mountain Road 10 km is a 10 km route starting from the sea with a 335 meter high point and a positive altitude of 400 meters. In the first part of the route, the path, with a mild uphill slope, moves on an ancient abandoned road with a magnificent view. The first 1,700 meters and the 250 meters at the end are on asphalt.

On Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at 18:00 at the Municipal Council Hall, the Mayor Mr. George Gionis and the Deputy Mayor of Culture and Sports Mr. Papathanassiou Athanasios began the preparations for the Carnival of Loutraki.
This year's Carnival will begin March 2, 2019 and will keep our Municipality Carnival for 10 full days until March 11, 2019, the closing ceremony.
The school parade on March 2nd, the children's parades, the chariots, the disguises with new uniforms with which the Municipality will enrich its dressing room, will enrich the carnival activities by giving a special mood to this year's Carnival.
A reference point for the carnival activities was the KEP that will be open every day from 18:00 to 20:00 for this purpose, in order to launch and organize this great celebration with the participation, presence, advice and suggestions of all Cultural & Sports Clubs and School Units of our Municipality.
This great celebration will be attended by all the shops of our Municipality in collaboration with the Xenios Zeus Association, the Association of Merchants and the Hoteliers' Association, in order to give the Carnival of our Municipality the color of the celebration of fun and entertainment.
The fun, the turnout and the participation of the world will dress with the most vivid colors this year's Carnival.
