You will be able to have a taste of what training with CFSC is like:

⦁ You will do warm-ups and mobility with Stephanie. The warm-ups will prepare your body before wakeboarding. The mobility lesson will go through exercises that will help you to develop strength and flexibility for wakeboarding.
⦁ You will be coached by Emilio behind the boat, going through technical drills that will make you more confident on the board.
⦁ You will eat delicious healthy treats made by Stephanie!

Lake Vouliagmeni near Loutraki, in the premises of The Lake Water Sports Club.
Schedule:
9:00 Warm up
9:30 In the boat!
13:00 Lunch
14:30 Mobility
16:30 Back to the boat!
19:30 Finished with the boat, little cool down, goal setting and snack

Who: Διοργάνωση SPORTCAMP, το μεγαλύτερο ιδιωτικό αθλητικό κέντρο στην Ελλάδα.
Where: Διεξαγωγή σε επιλεγμένα αθλητικά κέντρα σε όλη την ελληνική επικράτεια με την τελική φάση να διεξάγεται στο SPORTCAMP.

Festival

The World Armwrestling Federation (WAF) would like to officially invite you as WAF member country to attend the “29th European Armwrestling and 22nd European Para-Armwrestling Championship“, which will be held in Loutraki, GREECE from May 14th to May 22nd, 2019.

Championship will be hosted by Municipality of Loutraki - Perachora - Ag.Theodoroi.

The organisation is prepared to receive more than 1.000 competitors from over  40 European  participating countries.
