The city of Loutraki, a city with a long tradition in hosting great sports events, will host the 2021 Veterans world wrestling championship.
More than 750 wrestling athletes from all over the world will be hosted in Loutraki, enjoying top quality accommodation facilities, participating in the largest Wrestling Event in 2021.

Music and dance performance.
Music and dance performance of the Cultural Club "IVYKOS".
Location: 1st Primary School of Loutraki
The performance takes place in the context of the celebrations for the 200 years since the Greek Revolution of 1821, by the Cultural Club "The IVYKOS Club of Loutraki Perachora" in co-organization with the Municipality of Loutraki-Perachora-Agioi Theodoroi and the assistance of the Peripheral Municipality.
Dances from the Peloponnese, Roumeli, Thessaly, the Cyclades, Crete, Macedonia, Epirus, Pontus & the Dodecanese will be presented, accompanied by live music.
The dance classes of Ivykos participate to the show.

Theatrical Performance
The Municipal Regional Theater of Kalamata on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 21.30, at the 1st Primary School of Loutraki, presents the performance "Kapodistrias Material", a theatrical composition by Giannis Margaritis, who also signs and directs.
The show, which is part of the celebration for the 200 years since the Revolution of 1821, is a production of the Municipality of Kalamata, K.E. Faris, of DIPETHE Kalamata and the Peloponnese Region, in co-production of DIPETHE Roumeli.

The lecture will focus on the dance phenomenon, as it is presented in various communities of Eastern Macedonia. This particular geographical area is characterized by significant population rearrangements and the coexistence of diverse ethnic groups. Based on the historicity and dynamics that characterize the dance culture, the following will be discussed: 1. The framework for the formation of specific dance forms 2. The transformations in the dances of the region after their extensive use by local and supra-local associations.
